Shipping – How it works.

Once your order is received it is compared against our extensive inventory.

If it is in stock it will quickly be able to calculate the cost of shipping and then we’ll add it to your order. Once the order is paid for, including shipping, it will ship.

If the items are not in stock we will work with our network of suppliers to obtain your product. We will add the shipping charge incurred to your order and then charge you for the items.

If you have Net 30 Terms, we will either ship the items from our warehouse or work with our manufacturing network to have the items shipped to you. Once we receive the cost of shipping it will be added to your invoice. Invoices will be sent out once prices are finalized for shipping. Invoices are due on Net 30 terms and a 3% surcharge will be assessed for orders that are paid for greater than 30 days.

Chemical container sizes

We offer larger sizes of the chemicals available on the website. Simply contact us via email or phone and we’ll send you a quote.

We perform chemical surveys all the time. Simply contact us and we will arrange a chemical survey.

Chemical Survey

A chemical survey is the action of coming to your facility to examine the application, then determining if the product being used is the best fit. If it is we will cross the existing chemical over to ones we offer.

Chemical Survey Cost

When we can work with your facility remotely we waive the $350.00 chemical survey. If we come to your facility and you purchase chemicals from us we also wave the chemical survey.

Why does a Chemical Survey cost money?

Chemical Surveys can be extensive. Samples may have to be sent to our ISO 9001 laboratory for analysis, your facility may be far for us, If your facility is greater than 50 miles from our facility we have to charge the fee, which will be waived at the time of order.

A Chemical Survey cost $350.00 and includes sample testing, site visit, and an analysis of each application on site.

To find out the status of your order simply send an email to {email} and provide the Order Number you were given at the time you placed the order. Please put your Order Number in the Subject line of your email so that we can easily locate your email requests.
